Two websites

Put together a quick piece under the Links tab on a brace of recently-relaunched websites, ASChart and The Key to English Place-Names, which are both useful aids to studying Anglo-Saxon charters and place-names. I tried to keep my criticisms as brief and as constructive as possible, honest.
